Do babies need snacks?
When your baby is 9 months or less, you really don’t need to be including snacks as well as main meals and milk feeds. Between 10-12 months you can start to introduce a regular snack, but usually this will take the place of a day milk feed. Milk is still really important in that first year, so you don’t need to rush this transition.
